Sometimes drinking water can feel like a bit of a chore and despite how important it is to stay hydrated, it is often easier to choose a cup of coffee or a sugary drink instead. There are so many simple ways to increase your water intake and help keep you hydrated.
Not only is water essential for lubricating the joints, it also boosts skin health, regulates body temperature, flushes out body waste and helps maintain blood pressure. Water also helps to boost performance during exercise making it useful in the completion of your other daily tasks in the #SimonSaysChallenge
