• 1 Tbsp Healthy Heart Rapeseed Oil
• 2 Sirloin Steaks
• Inch of Grated Ginger
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
• 8 Mangetout
• 4 Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 Round of goat’s cheese
• 8 Asparagus Spears
• Splash of Oyster Sauce
• Handful Baby Leaves
• Crushed Black Pepper
1. Heat a large skillet on high heat. Add Healthy Heart Rapeseed Oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add the steaks and stir-fry until browned but not cooked through (roughly 2 mins).
2. Place the meat on a plate and discard the liquid juices from the pan. Add mangetout and flash fry for 30 seconds. Grill asparagus for 3/4 mins. Now, arrange it all together like a salad on the plate and top with crumbled goat’s cheese. Season with the black pepper.
